My Homeschool

Terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

An invite-only trial

My Homeschool is being tried with a small number of invited families. It is free during this trial. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it.

Who may use it

A parent or guardian creates the family space with an invite code and adds their children. Children use it under their parent’s care. Tutors and schools use it only for what a parent shares with them. Keep sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else has used them.

Your family’s content

The lessons, answers, work, photos and notes you and your children add remain yours. We use them only to run My Homeschool for your family. You are responsible for what you add, including making sure you may use any material you upload.

Fair use

Please do not use My Homeschool for anything unlawful or harmful, do not try to reach other families’ information, and do not try to break or overload the service.

Keeping copies

We back up the service, but during the trial please also keep your own copies of anything especially important, such as reports you need for others.

Leaving

You may stop using My Homeschool at any time and ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. We may pause or end access that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Responsibility

We work hard to keep My Homeschool safe and working, but as a free trial it is provided as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by it being unavailable or by mistakes in it.

Changes and contact

We will update these terms on this page and tell you in the app if they change. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. Questions: hello@myhomeschool.ai.
